协会简介
中国资源综合利用协会创建于1995年，是经原国家经贸委批准成立、在国家民政部正式注册的全国性行业社团。
中国资源综合利用协会以提高资源利用效率、节约能源、保护环境，实现经济效益、环境效益和社会效益相统一，推动中国经济和社会的可持续发展为宗旨，通过广泛开展相关领域的政策研究、咨询服务、技术推广、市场开发、专业培训、会议展览以及国际交流与合作，为政府有关部门和会员单位竭诚提供全方位的服务。
中国资源综合利用协会理事会不乏众多在资源综合利用领域屡有建树的企业家，以及专业造诣颇深的专家学者。理事会下设秘书处，是协会工作的执行机构。协会目前建立了12个专业委员会和3个技术推广中心，协会组建了专家委员会，是协会的高级咨询机构，由2位工程院院士及多个领域的150余位专家组成，在资源综合利用行业具有较大的影响力和号召力。
中国资源综合利用协会现有正式团体会员600余个、个人会员140余名，由从事资源综合利用、环保、节能领域的企事业单位、科研院校和专家组成，会员单位遍及全国各地。
CARCU Overview
Established in 1995 with the approval of the former State Trade and Economic Commission, CARCU is a national industrial association officially registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs.
The mission of CARCU is to boost resource utilization efficiency, conserve energy, protect the environment, harmonize economic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits, and push forward the sustainable social and economic development of China. Meanwhile, it is dedicated to delivering comprehensive services to the relevant government agencies and member entities by way of extensive policy research, consultancy service, technical promotion, market development, professional training, conference and exhibition as well as international exchange and cooperation.
The Board of Directors of CARCU consists of numerous entrepreneurs excelled in comprehensive resource utilization as well as experts and scholars with great professional achievements. The Board of Directors sets up a secretariat in charge of the day-to-day operation of CARCU. CARCU also sets up a comprehensive array of expert Committees in all relevant specialties as the advanced consultancy entity of CARCU. At present, CARCU has set up 12 professional Committees and 3 technical promotion centers, which have gained significant influence and appeal across the comprehensive resource utilization industry.
CARCU currently has over 600 group members and 140 individual members from the regulatory authorities, scientific research institutes, enterprises and experts specialized in the areas of comprehensive resource utilization, environmental protection and energy conservation nationwide.
